Fred Prassas, CPM |
Fred holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation
from the Institute of Real Estate Management,. He was 1992
president of the Wisconsin Realtors Association, the state’s
largest trade association. He has served on a variety of
industry and governmental committees and task forces, including
the Ad Hoc Committee on Residential Rental Practices of the
Wisconsin Department of Agriculture Trade and Consumer
Protection, Governor Tommy Thompson’s Conference on Small
Business Advisory Committee, the Board of Trustees for the
University of Wisconsin’s Center for Urban Land Economics
Research and the Wisconsin Real Estate Board.
Fred is President-elect of the
Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and serves as a
member of its international faculty. He also holds national
leadership positions at the National
Association of Realtors (NAR). Recently he was an architect of the
Realtors Commercial Alliance Advisory Board, which brings
together leadership of the 16 largest national commercial real
estate firms, NAR Leadership and all of its specialty affiliates
to formulate national policy of importance to commercial
practitioners.
Fred holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications
from Southern Illinois University, and a Master of Business
Administration from the University of Wisconsin, La Crosse. Fred
has been in the real estate business since 1973, and is licensed
to Wisconsin, Illinois and Minnesota as a broker.
Kay Kesler, CPM is vice president and co-founder of Property Management
Concepts, Ltd. She is responsible for supervision of the La
Crosse leasing office and of all field operations. Kay has over
20 years of experience in property management, including
significant on-site and front line management duties. Kay
develops overall leasing and marketing plans for the portfolio.
She has successfully turned around many troubled assets through
diligent planning and execution. Kay’s responsibilities include
supervision and support of the roving maintenance staff, lease
administration and support for the site management teams. She
holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Illinois
University and holds the nationally recognized Certified
Property Manager designation.
