Property Management Concepts, Ltd. employs 14 individuals and is
responsible for supervision of numerous additional persons
directly employed by our managed properties.
Our staff have years of experience and
extensive professional credentials in all aspects of property
management, leasing and investment property management and reporting.

Sharon Madsen is the Accounting Supervisor.
Sharon holds an Associate
degree in accounting from Western
Wisconsin Technical College
and has 15 years of property management accounting
experience, 10 of which are
with PMC. Sharon and her three member staff
are responsible for all entries into the general ledger of the
property, production of all reports to owners, resident late
notices, monitoring the
collection and disbursement of funds,
and all human resource
issues. Karen Frye has been
with PMC for 12 years. She has served in numerous capacities,
and now supervises the St. Croix/Hudson
area office. She also provides additional support for the
accounting department in the
areas of tenant accounting and tenant file quality
control/audit.
